Today i went there for car service
I reached their at 9:25am
Till 10:30am no job card opened by there workers.
Very bad experience

One of the worst service experience ever. Went here for mr car's first service ( routine checkup after 1000 km) . They took more than 4 hrs for the same . Returned the car without polishing. Other customers who came after me went before me. After bringing this into their notice staff finally polished.
Total clueless staff. Told them to solve the voice command issue in the car stereo. One executive ( Named Prince) told another . He came told other . The third guy came inspected, assured to resolve the issue then disappeared. Later saw them chatting causally. After lots of follow up, issue remained unresolved. Told the initial executive that Iam leaving as no one is attending the customers. He was unaffected.
