I bought rubbing service pack in Rs. 2800 of 4 time rubbing + washing + full vacuum for my s cross car. They put scratches with damm low quality rubbing. Then i talked with manager and he put blame on me instead of accepting his fault. Personally i don’t recommend this service centre. They are charging Rs 750 for washing and see in pics their work. Materialistic staff ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is fast and satisfactory but sometimes you have to chase them for simple things like proper washing. In all of our visits, they serviced the car quickly but didn't wash it properly. Also, when the service is due, they make too many calls, even after booking the appointment. In my case, I was already there for the service and they called me to inform that the service was. Serious lack of coordination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nexa sells itself as premium but this service center puts its name to dust. No spare available, not even the basic air filters. The standard response you get is - its finished. The inventory manager must be sleeping.
My vehicle clutch had issues, not a heed was paid to repair it as clutch plates are not available, Viper blades not available, air filters are not available.
Massively understaffed, took 5 hours to just change engine oil.
The premium giants uses rough clothes to clean your car. Seems Nexa cannot afford microfiber. However, they won't forget to charge rs 3.52 for paper foot mat.
Please shut this center if it can not be managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the heart of industrial area. Polite & nice staff. But sadly even the basic washing of cars is inadequate as washer isn't working since long & they can't commit when it'll start again. Wasn't declared at the time of booking car for service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst & horrible experience with Nexa Mohali. During the rubbing & polishing, they put scratches on my car not only one place its on entire car. Now they are not even accepting thr mistake.. Even Manager Ankit Sharma is behaving very rudely. I will never recommend this service station to anyone moreover I will ask my other friends to not take any service from here. terrible

I had a great experience here so far. Sometimes had to wait for more than 2 hours but the wait was worth it .The waiting area is well maintained, fully air conditioned and equipped with some refreshers as well. Along with this, they always go above and beyond for their customers and tries to help as much as possible.
