★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is with SMD Solutions Mohali is pathetic, these guys are a BIG Shame for DAIKIN, third class staff and an arrogant MD (Manish Rana), they don’t even know how to talk with a customer who bought a machine and now looking for service, don’t even deserve a single star, A Big stigma on the service industry, a suitable name for all of them “Tatti”.
