★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very bad with TVS Manchanda. Here the old stuff is put in your vehicle by telling the new one! Even after taking the claim, only the old stuff is applied in your Jupiter. which is corrected. The customer is told that it is new. But until the customer does not notice, it will not be known that this old stuff has been installed and more than half of the work is done at the behest. Not before that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here if you have the capacity to fight with them for the negligence they do.
I have apache rtr 160, got the vehicle serviced here for last 5 years. The bike got serious engine problems just after warranty is over.
Now fighting with them as this is clear negligence.

I notified the list of issues I was facing but the 70% issues was still there after service. The old issues they have not been resolved yet but now I am facing the new extra issues. After service, my the Apache RTR 180's speedometer stopped working and when I went again to service centre they'd charged me rs 530/- for new speedometer even the meter was working perfectly before servicing. The issues are not yet resolved whereas I have notified all issues on service form page and already paid the full amount. It was much better if I spent money in local service shop that would have been more better then this poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service unprofessional staff. i went for bike Repair it was not starting. they charge 450 rupees for just battery charge and sparkplug changed. After the bike repair bike just go 2-3 kilometers and again stopped. . and then i showed to local machinic he said it was just electrical wire fault wire was damaged current was not passing. he check and repair it properly and now bike is working fine.

Staff has no experience
Service staff change within few months
Told my motorcycle to take it yesterday and drained too much petrol
They don't even do proper service Just tell us that we have done service, but do not do it properly.
Labor charge is too much!
I don't even like working my bike

It's being now more than 3 months but still, I haven't received the RC at my address. Now I have requested for the RC dispatching from my end online in Vahan portal.
