Directly forcing customer to pay for this n that is wrong instead you should ask first from the customer.
Also you should explain to the customer what you have done for what you have charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went their for service of my Swift, service person told me that part is not avl and same is avl in their chandgarh center ....i went to chd but staff behaviour was so rude that they feel they are oblizing me to anser my query. not suugest this company rather person should go Autopace Network a newly built workshop very near to their centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-Reapir/bodyshop work of rear dicky work after this work rain water entered in car then gain complain & repaired done by workshop but again same problem observed during rain,
2- 4-6Months old card but workshop not able to match car color after some body shop work. it very poor quality of paint and work
3-Sent mail to keep cc all respective service representative of Maruti but no reply from concern person.
4 Its look like that Maruti local service team and Navdesh auto-service having some setting to neutralize the matter.

Deserve 0 star
One of the worst workshop in tricity
They always ruin time of customer.
Take more than 5 hours just for periodic service.
I will prefer to get my car serviced from out side rather than wasting whole day at this workshop
