★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take high labour charge as compared to other service center. Also I didn't find the mechanic working on my bike to be good. I asked for engine oil change, he only put 1.5L when my bike needs 1.7L, this too came up when I specifically asked how much did he put since I was already unsure about his knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good I got my bike serviced well and staff was very nice except 1 staff I've met that is Mr. Vipin from finance department.
security guard at outside was saying to me pls wear the mask inside the showroom and I saw Mr. Vipin without mask at security gate where all bikes of customers enter and registers
Mr. Vipin was saying that "Main toh bhar khada hu issliye maine mask nahin lagaya" fir tu kyun bol raha hai mujhe said this very rudely and then I went back to showroom I saw the Tea,coffee service boy without mask serving tea and coffee to customer inside the showroom.
So I'll suggest to Mr. Vipin to be good with customers at least don't treat them rudely otherwise someday NDM BAJAJ will lost their Clientele due to this
If you are saying follow the rules like wear mask same is applied for NDM employees also.
At last I only want to say that I like that security guy who were following all covid protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Executives are not at all intrested in showing off their bikes. No demonstration of feautres neither explaining the price break. If you really are investing into bike please look into any other showroom.

rude behaviour
they doesn't care about you
all they want is to catch a single custmor per day forcefully and make them pay extras like
i bought ns 160 they took 2500Rs extra and didn't even give me recipt.......
when i ask them where is the recipt of the 2500 that they took from me they just reamain silent
I hope after reading this comment you think not twice but 100 time before visiting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do work with quality but take too much of time...Very polite and understanding staff ...very good service and sale and after sale service . But you must've ample of time to waste there. Should focus on furniture in customer loung quite risky which is broken basically must be replaced
