★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just change the engine oil of your bike on the name of service they don't change the air they don't do proper cleaning of your bike. Second thing is that when you purchase the new bike they will tell you that you will get free services for your bike but nothing is free they made me fool many time. I am not setisfied with their work. I will not recommend anyone to get serviced their bike from this place. Worst Service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy bike from this show,i bought super splendor on 20 September 2021 from this showroom , they took 2400 for accessories which is totally useless , quality was so low that even 1000 rs is more for that accessories,,,,,they told me Helmet is worth 1200 ,when i saw that helmet it was looking like they bought from roadside shop ,after taking 2400rs for accessories ,now they telling me that leg guard is not available right now come after 2 days we will give you,today is 10 oct ,i only got their excuses ,tere employees are very good before buying the bike ,,, after buying the bike their behaviour is worst than the uneducated people ?. They only have one good thing and that js exuces and bad behaviour towards customer. Today i got my money back ,, which they are not giving easily for my leg guard ,, the main issue is manager vikas,,he is the root of all problems.i prefer you to go with honda ,,best brand in every category. I have 1 honda sp 125 bs6 in my home ,my cousin bought this year in February. Amazing bike with amazing quality and amazing service by honda .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer dealing. . Pathetic will be the correct word. .we bought a scooter in exchange of another one. At the Time of dealing buttering is done for exchange but legal exchange was never done for the scooter. Kept on calling and visiting politely for 1.5 years. Imagine we are chasing the company to please do the transfer.. Today..we again made a visit. Salesperson Mr Gaurav. .started making excuses even said do whatever you want you can.. he was busy in his marriage for 2 years . Go now .15 days is the deadline now, we are doing and go away. They sold it internally to employee Nadeem. Who is disinterested in taking any action...
Instead telling us we as a company made a mistake by taking your scooter in exchange.

instead of chandigarh phase 1 branch charisma goldwheels centre there is no professnal management and also they never did good service for my wheecal always got ruff work.
