★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the biggest fraudsters in tricity or maybe entire north india itself. In the name of teak they are selling totally useless wood and cheating their innocent customers. For our house, we purchased wood costing nearly 11 lakh rupees and more than 40% turned into total junk within a year. The owner is the most corrupt, disgusting and a huge thief.
We are definitely going to take them to the consumer court because they seriously can not dwell on our hard earned money.
Their license should also be cancelled, so that they can not cheat others in this manner ever again.

I just read your comment for the Jainsons timber as I also purchased teak wood in bulk quantity from jainsons for 1 canal house located in sector 78 Mohali and also referred 3 of my friends . According to your post comment I would like to say that it may be due to the following reasons:
1. Teak wood needs maintenance (If you use it in inclement weather, it needs regular maintenance. It all depends on the environment). So that its remains intact.
I don't agree that jainsons sells fake wood in name of teak. Its about 3 years I am having teak remains intact and nothing happens to the wood quality .
Jainsons is working since 1999 in the tricity , there is no doubt about the quality and grade they are selling and has amongst the top wood seller in the tricity.
