Metallica Interior is the worst vendor I have met in my life . They are just after your money . Initially at the time of booking they will tell you amount (say Rs.x)and at time of delivery , they will increase the amount and will give you nonsense resoning for the same . At that time customer is left with no other option but to pay the extra amount .
Secondly , their work , its HORRIBLE . The almirah for which I have paid them 38000 , finally it costed me 50K as they didnt did the work as per my requirements inspite of sharing the complete design of the almirah , and when I scolded them that design is not as per my requirement , their reply was :
" Sabhi customer ki jo general requirement hoti hai uske hisab se banaya hai hamne to. Sabhi customer shirts hang karne keliye itni length ka box maangte hi hain , isliye hamne aise hi banaya hai . " . But I didn't had that requirement and I made them clear by sending them inner design of almirah which I wanted .
When I argued then they said , you will have to pay extra charge in case you want to do as per your design .
Thirdly , they did so much cost cutting , by making thin almirah doors due to which doors are not getting completely closed, not making the complete alimrah box , not giving the shelf in the almirah , using low quality hinges .
When I hired a carpenter to do the rest of the job which should have ideally be done by Metallica , he told me that you will have to change the doors after 2-3 years . They will not survive for long .
So , now After giving 50K also , I will have to pay extra money after just 2-3 years .
lastly ,they will never pick your call and do not reply to whatsapp messages after receiving the full payment .
My suggestion to everybody out there is to not consider Metallica even if this is the only vendor left in the world .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to visit. Never come in the sweet talk of these people. They are just after your money. They have nothing to take with the service and customer satisfaction. They show you something, use another and finally fit the third and that too does not work properly. They take half money in advance and the another half before delivering you the kitchen and once you paid the money, Then toh they have no responsibility whether the kitchen gets fit or not. In my case no proper measurements...no proper size of glass...just a mess of money..and a lot of mental harrassment.No after sale service they entertain.
..
I have a sweet advice to the people who are thinking of making kitchen from them...just get away from METALLICA KITCHEN. this is the worst pace. Just save your hard earned money and energy and go anywhere else...
