★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchasing stone or quartz can be tricky. I personally did not have a great experience buying quartz from these people. I felt that they did not give enough information for someone who is not familiar with buying stone etc. Most of all I did not like the attitude of the manager and owner towards their customer on questioning their approach to sizing a piece. Be more aware when you buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. please please don't trust this dealer. They display high quality marble and charge accordingly high price but deliver low quality marble. On complaining they simply give the excuse that same quality marble is not in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had the option to give negative star rating to this place, I would have given the maximum negative points to it. The place is owned by one Mr Anil Garg, who while selling the product gives you wrong information and makes false promises and after taking money has an altogether different modus operandi. We purchased G7 Onyx for our kitchen top from him in Aug 2020 and on delivery were sent damaged product. Such is the professionalism that they do not even check the product before sending out the same. When the product was sent back to him, he didn’t make any effort to contact us for one full day and on the next day when I called him up he told me to visit his store. I once again went to him and there was a marked difference in his approach. First he told that the defect was quite minor and when I insisted he said that I should take the product to my home and get the job done there from persons working in my house. Quite obviously, I felt quite offended and told that I would visit the place in evening with my wife. In the evening visit, I told him that I am still not convinced since the defect is quite visible and he was still making false promises once again, he just went off leaving us in despair before we could gauge what had happened. I could have mentioned the amount he charged us for all this, but that would demean the meaning of this post as the emotions that Empire Granite House guys play with are priceless. Shame on such people and their dirty tactics where they play with humans’ emotions and our hard earned money is just looted around. Please do not go this place if you don’t want to lose your piece of mind and of course your money. God should not forgive such people.
