★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service centre i ever visit ...they often called me for prebooking ur service schedule. I booked the available slot and visit the service centre on schedule...job card prepared, aprrox. 2hrs no progress...after i force Sardar g( so called gyani) then they took my bike to service area and after 3:30hrs my bike wash and after that no one to polish them ...so i took cloth and start polish ...when i asked Sardar for complaint...they said ..oh andr baitha h manager or baithi h madam....tu kl kyun krni complaint tu abhi kr de jaa....ab mai jb manager k room m gya wo baitha hi nhi tha....wrost experience i ever faced .....mujhe yh nhi smjh aaya meri prebooking krne ka mtlb kya tha....(26 dec 2021incident)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. i had purchased hero splendor on 13th feb and till now i didn't received my RC. And when i call on the given numbers they are saying that i had to visit there showroom. From the date of purchase i had visited thrice. Kindly give me a solution.

Expensive service charges about 700 for chainset changing and normal labour work.
Change the parts like air filter with customer's concern.
Even all that mechanic dont do well.
My chain set becames noisy.
When I do complaint and went for rechecking mechanic try to oversmart by opening job card.
Even after that my bike chain set remains noisy.
I suggest dont go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my hero xpulse from here. Very nice behavior of the staff and they help you for on call problems after sale also. Mr. Amrit is such a helpful guy there. Thank you for your patience sir. It took me 2 yrs to purchase the bike after booking. It was so nice of him to stay in contact during that time.
