★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience of having bought an Aprilia SXR 150 from this showroom. Bought the 2 wheeler on the condition that they would service the vehicle at my house which would be a chargeable service as I stay at a distance from Chandigarh. However, post the purchase they seldom respond to calls & are have refused to offer service & asking me to get the vehicle serviced outside at the cost of warranty. Terrible service & customer experience.

Done one service in this center I told them to assemble my engine cause it got seized somewhere in UP n fix it in Up in service center installed new engine but valves were loose because it's new this needed to adjust it after 500km so came to Chandigarh to fix it they scared to open the engine.My disc brake pads had to change because it was giving noise tell them to fix it but they can't they impair it they said caliper need to change even they didn't have it in stock I asked the cost said it is aroun 3/4k that's okay Even I had done general service.I asked to other showroom about it in Pune its 2k disc Caliper in Assam it's 1890rs. Well I was about to change it but one day I visited to a local mechanic they said master cylinder is working u get the pads I'll fix it & I got this bybre pads then they fix it is working now properly.
How they are with others Idk but they wanted to cheat meone more think Im about change the air filter which ordered from Amazon when I opened it spotted there are only 3 screws inside suppose to be 6 and outside
Supposed to be 7 it was 5 screws..
They have super bikes may be they good with them not with Piaggio vehicles..
So this is what I had faced with them I'm disappointed because I'm broke I don't have $ a lot..........see the rubber cap of caliper removed it by them
