★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get your official Maruti Suzuki service done. The staff is helpful in letting you decide on what needs to be done and what’s best for your vehicle. Be early to the workshop if you want to be done early. Get behind the supervisor assigned to you to get things perfectly and you can even step into the servicing area to see things closely!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for major service and for another continuous 5 days visited there with different problem and everytime paid for something but that’s fine. Main issue I faced was the attitude of GM RAJENDRA SINGH towards there lady employees and customers. While waiting in the lounge noticed GM rajendra singh was yelling unnecessarily on lady employee and I involved myself into this and told him to show kinda professionalism and courtesy he literally said me to get out of his of office and when I didn’t he was trying to touch and push me.. i replied back to him in same language and behaviour he was showing to me.he said there are his employees and will behave however he wants to. The quarrel between us got bit tensed and solved by another employee. Asked each and every employee and everyone replied even they are fed up of him but have to listen as they have rent to paid and it’s about their job.going there from last 8 years never had this kinda experience. Will never visit over there again and suggest not to go there. He was recently hired over there .Complained this to @maruti Suzuki and wrote 4 feed back forms but I think he won’t allow that feedback forms to move to superiors and owners..Tricity just lost one customers uploading feedback form here and I hope his mother,sister or his daughter faces same kinda attitude by their employers if they work or will work in future then only he will get to know how bad it feels. For staff 5/5 for gm0/5 one more thing feed back form is filled up under his authority earlier and all they tell customers is to sign. @marutisuzuki
