★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PMG auto is the best dealership in Chandigarh. I bought Renault Scala in 2014 and since then i have got every service done at PMG auto and they never disappointed me. Their staff is very well qualified with brilliant communication skills. They explain everything in detail and are very helpful. The best thing is that they remind everytime for the next service. Booking an appointment is also hassle free either on phone or through monile app. I am sure that whenever i change my car, my next car will also be Renault. I would love to mention and thank Sumit, one of the Service Representative who have been taking care of my car’s service from the beginning, very well behaved and hardworking. Thanks to the PMG team and Renault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff. Even after keeping my duster for entire day they didn't fix the old issues which were highlighted in last year's service. No follow up on old service history or remarks. No point bringing your vehicle to PMG / Renault service centre to get such a poor service

Btw i am planning for Kiger, so far i think it's a value for money purchase, but I'll do some more research before going ahead with this.

They only recommend fixes and updates that are truly needed and will not steer you wrong. Their prices are fair and customer service price s excellent. You can’t ask for anything better. In nutshell, five stars will fell short for their staff and service.
