★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad administration, my bike was needing some rim repair, shocker seal replacement and brake pads replacement. Rim repair was denied by service advisor as they prefer replacement only, as the rim was in good condition yet, i prefer getting it repaired from 3rd party. The front tyre needed to be taken out for shocker related issue, so at the same time i took it for repair at 3rd party. When i came back rest of the work was done, however as of some missing part, it took time. The final invoice was prepared which showed labour charges of 4400 when inquired it was for alloy wheel repair. When asked at payment desk. I was told as the tyre was taken out that is the reason these charges are there. Even after asking again and again that the repair is not done on alloy wheel from agency, those charges were not deducted. Shame on this administration who steal money like this from customers.

I went to book 2+1 ninja 1000 sx !
Worst staff, no stock, over priced !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service at Kawasaki chandigarh asco, few days back i met with an accident on my ninja 300, and i call them for insurance claim, and within a month, i got my bike ready, work is so neat and clean, here is the photos after repairing of my ninja300(personal jet).
