care after product sold.
They keep products which don't have service center in Ahmedabad
So once your product Stop working you only have to donet that to kabbadi wala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous service & all the employees at the store lie incdluing the manager! Don’t have most of the displayed products in stock. They will take the order and advance money and never delivers on time. Even they don’t or never call back if they can’t find/get the product. I had to keep on calling and they always lie will definitely get delivered today evening and it took more than 12 days and still they haven’t delivered the product! Abysmal and disgusting service! This happened twice with me.
I would rate them a ZERO star if I have the option.
I will never buy any product from Darshan or would never recommend to anyone not even my enemy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Yeah they have good collection but once its sold to you then if its good or bad fitting to your home or whatever they do not care.
I bought door handles with brass design and once i fitted to my doors and design was so bad from inside and that is technical matter that do not fit perfectly and its also defined by their executive that its their mistake but now they will not replace and just answer “yeh to aise hi aata hai” but let me tell you “yeh aisa nahi hota hai”.
Kindly prefer someone else. Not a good option.

sales services is very poor. So many staff but no one will attend customer. I waited for more than an hour but staff did not attended me. Many customers I have seen going back because of this reason. Good variety of hardware available but since no one to supervise the staff, you will not get proper response. Visiting this showroom is wastge of time..
