I am giving my genuine advice, if you are planning to buy laptop or accessories definitely go for this shop but buying a gadget is not the issue. You have plenty of option for the same. But, getting service for the gadget is the major concern. I have taken many gadgets from this shop like 3 laptops or some accessories. Those worked fine and electronics stuff needs servicing over a period of time. In 2014, I had given my laptop for hinge repairment. Their team was so unskilled that they broke my laptop's upper case. Similar story repeated last year (2020) also for which I have attached photo. I fought with and ask them to replace my upper case for free. They did'nt do it and they say that hinge replacement is customer own risk. At last I would suggest that for servicing go for official store dont rely on them. Ultimately, laptop is one time investment and a person from middle class family cant afford again and again.

In case of purchasing gaming accessories only, check specifications by yourself and be confirmed before purchase as they are not familiar with their stock due to lack of concentration or work pressure may be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I paid 10k advanced online to get a pc part which was available as the sales person 1 day before but as soon I paid the amount they declared it was not available and when I asked for my money back they refused me to return for 3 days, still counting.
Don't fall for this store anyhow to avoid the situation like I faced.
