★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes we need spaces like this than religious structures. Hats off to authorities. Drinking water facility works rarely in Library. If there is any provision, concerned authority can take a surprise visit to library.

Maintained study row and readers row separately (I liked the most).
Everyone can come here and spend your valuable time without any jumbleness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place, clean and well maintained. Peaceful than other libraries since it's inside a park. Good crowd, also gives free wifi(don't expect much) . The only issue is that sometimes there are many holidays. You can still study in a big hall outside, but it is generally noisy.
Since it's a government library, be prepared for some cheap crowd
