They are highly professional and excellent communicators who manage your expectations from the beginning and explain all your options. I lost access to thousands of my work photography originals after my LaCie external hard drive stopped working. bought 3 year back so it does not have any warranty.
timeline:
23/12/2021 - accidently i pulled my disk cable form my pc.disk got currupted but i have no idea then.
24/12/2021-
10.00 AM
i connect disk to my laptop
it shows that disk is currupted.
i was in shock
because it contains my 290 GB data.
my last 10 years memories.
almost 22k images i have in that disk
im speachless.
10.30 AM
contacted seagate but due to holoday no answer.
mailed my quries to them.
googled all the professinoal data recovery firms in pune/mumbai.
find our 3/4 genuine firms.
data care is one of them
one big brand comapny offers me
data recovery but estimated amoumt is huge almost 30k.

got call form malaysia.
indian helpline not working
they offered me data recovery but first it need to send disk to netherland.
not clear on charges.
still in shock.

shared some screeshots form disk managmenet.
he assures that he is positive about data.
ask.me to send disk via courier, i denied.
also consult with another labs.
04/01/2022:
with lots of tension reached pune.
travels to BANER.
11.00 AM
consult with amop sir personally.
handover the disk with no hopes.
1.30 PM
got call.form amol sir.
they said hard disk have logical problem. hard disk data is 100% recoverable. tells the amount.
i said yes?. n gave my laptop to him.
8.30PM
reached office again. got my fully data in my laptop.checked all.my data.
1001% recover like.cloning.
ask for discount beacuse im student.
he accepts that.
paid throw g pay.
finally im tension free
