β β β β β Had a bad experience. Gave laptop for fabrication work. Work done properly but another hardware issue cropped up which was never there previously. Ira system refused their responsibility and i had to pay extra thousand bucks to get the part replaced.

I bought a Transcend RAM from Sandeep Chavan, the owner of Ira Systems, Aundh, Pune. He charged me a good sum for it and assured me that it had 1 year warranty.
This RAM later proved to be a duplicate Chinese product with Transcend sticker stuck on.
The RAM stopped working after some time, so I asked him for a replacement.
He kept me hanging for a month and then gave me a broken RAM as replacement.
When I complained, he gave me another bad RAM as replacement and washed his hands off the matter. Chavan and his hardware engineer Harshal were rude and insulted me.
I am posting this so no one else has to suffer like I had to. :(

β β β β β I'm the customer where stay very near by shop, I just visited the shop for installing window 10 and very nicely complete the worki including extra service. I had anxious about installing new system on my laptop because m from Korea who doesn't know well about these kind shop. I'm really happy to visit and meet generous boss and his staff. Like i was not getting the exact location so the owner came to me n then they have cleared all my doubts about safety issues. N they did repair my laptop properly n gave me proper details about billings and whatever they have changed in my laptop.

β β β β β They tried to fix my dead laptop but were unable to. I will not blame them, maybe it's too old to get fixed.
They charged a nominal amount of Rs150 for inspection. All of your peripherals got signed during check in and check out. Overall a good experience about how they described the issue and suggested me not to get it fixed because of high charges. Thankyou

β β β β β Their service used to be really good, but now it looks like they either grossly misdiagnose the issue or try to deceive you for more money. I went to them when my Lenovo computer charger stopped working. They convinced me that it was a motherboard issue and kept my computer overnight, charging me an unreasonable amount for inspection later. The next day, they told me the charger had to be replaced and tried to sell me a possibly duplicate and overpriced Lenovo charger. I refused it seeing that I'd been deceived already. Plus, my computer, which was entirely fine, is now not working optimally since they returned it to me. The keys aren't immediately responsive. I called to give them this review but the owner was rude.
