β β β β β I went looking to buy iPhone 13. The guy didnβt even look at us. 5 minutes after us. Enters a lady who really looks rich (I mean it in the best of the way) and he started attending her with utmost care. Anyway, later they spoke with us very coldly. The feeling was almost as if we couldnβt buy the bloody phone. Well they lost us as customers. I wouldnβt visit this elitist place again. Very happy with my purchases from unicorn store in Baner though. Warm people. Helpful. And really respectful unlike here at Westend Mall.

β β β β β Apart from Durgesh who is well trained in handling customer and polite, the rest of the staff give you a very cold treatment. Its probably because over a time these young sales men start thinking they are up in the chain as compared to other Mobiles due to the Apple brand they are associated with. They seriously need training on how to behave with customers and let not the Apple brand they Work for get into their head thus impacting their ability to be humble , polite and maintain a helpful persona.
Truly disappointing and I am sure if this continues they are bound to lose more customers . you can easily make out what I mentioned above from the tone and body language of the staff from the moment you step in , while you seek info , during the sale process.
