★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice quality and range of products...but not for regular users...we wanted traditional compact powder with puff for application...second was lip balm or lip gloss for winter purpose...both the products were not available.
Otherwise for cosmetics it's a good place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multi brand one stop cosmetic store. The problem is at billing counter.. have to wait for long even if billing is going on.. overall slow process of billing. The other problem is that you can't try nail color shades. As per sales person, nail color will get dry.. Then keep.option for trail. low cost product means you cannot take for granted ..

If you have any doubt just look for her, and ask her about anything it can be your skin, what is best for you etc.
PS: you won't find Evey brand products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried conceler and foundation on my hand with the help of a ear- bud and while going, the lady working there asked me to put the ear buds and tissue papers in dustbin. She didn't do it, saying it's covid protocol. While most of their staff was not wearing mask, no temp check,not given sanitizer and then behaving this. Something which she can do and simply use sanitizer. Its a small thing but v unprofessional to ask your customer to do it.ppl serving in Hospitals didn't behave like this even during covid peaks and nyka staff are behaving so pricy. such invalid excuses!!!! Dislike !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love nykaa as a brand but the store they have in westend mall is horrible.. I went yesterday to buy kay beauty foundation and concealer and the guy who was assisting me have no idea about foundation shade he suggested me a pink undertone concealer and dark shade foundation ..He was not interested. I even have to ask him so many time to pump some foundation so that i can try here and know my shade.. i don't understand why you guys have chair and mirror if you don't want to give customers little bit of foundation to try there so that they know which shade is there .. There is no point of storing sample

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place multiple times and advice from their representative Sujata always turned out to be magical for me. I was suffering from huge hair loose the oils suggested by her, heleped me in regaining my hair strength. Last time she suggested me some skin care products that too was really helpful. Cannot thank her enough :) Really satisfied by her service at their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shopping experience ever! One of the female staffs is extremely rude. Rest of them are not of much help either. They don't know their products and they definitely don't know how to treat a customer.
The staff would make you feel like you know squat about products. If you seek their guidance, their response would be a highly judgemental remark. They try to push for products that is far from what you might have asked for.
Please buy online! The store is not going to help you.
