★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my town Dattapukur. It is rural area. Total environment is so peaceful and phenomenal. There has public toilets separed for men and women.fast Foods are available on the platform two and three. Dattapukur local is available here. I love my town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Platforms are over congested with vendors, really problematic to walk during the busy hours a day। a ticket counter at the side of 3 no। platform is very necessary as there are only two ticket booking counters kept open & both of them are on the 1 no platform। there are a lot of unauthorized shops on the railway area and rail does not drive them away, so the management and beautification of streets adjucent to the station area are being affected। drains beside those streets are also covered and occupied by those shops, so, basically in the rainy season, passing by there is next to impossible using those roads। there are water taps on the platform no 1 which is usually kept open as the knob is not working but complaining about this to the railway counters or to the station master, nobody takes care। as a result of the conflict b/w the local regulating party and the rly, people suffer the most!
