★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard there was a recent management change at this place so wasn't sure but decided to give it a try .
The restaurant is located a but inside raghuvanhalli so you'll have to ask around for directions if you want to visit .
Coming to the food -
1.open dosa - I was little disappointed with the presentation , the open dosa with all the spice powder and neat roast should be served open but the dosa was rolled up like carpet into several layers ! . The taste was pretty good not the best but good .
2.benne masala - I was quite disappointed with it , although the dosa was roasted in adequate amount of butter there was butter served along with the dosa and the Aloo palya too was very very average .
3.lemon rice - it was ok ok nothing special about it very nominal .
The prices are pretty low and the service is moderately fast . People looking for ambience should probably skip it as there is no such thing as ambience here only a open shop with chairs and tables.
Not really a special place , but if you very very nearby you could give it a try .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 stars for many reasons. Starting from the taste, the place, varieties, humbleness of the owner etc.
Benne dose here is not like an authentic one we get in Davanagere, but it stands out for it's own acquired taste. Thoroughly enjoyed the taste and texture of the dose. I had ordered benne masale dose, so it came along either red chutney. The usual chutney and palya served were again super tasty.
Mandakki was freshly prepared, served hot, perfectly spiced up.
They serve many varieties of dose - plain, onion, open etc. Also serve tatte idli, vade, bajji etc.
Overall, the place seemed so homely.
Only missing part was a cup of chai my taste buds were ceaving for after savoring these tasty, spicy dose and mandakki.
