★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of bank is shown incorrect on the DBS website. So it wasted our two hours to find the exact location and it was very troublesome.
They show the branch on map in Vikhroli east but in reality the bank branch is located on LBS Marg, Vikhroli West near Vacation trend. You can also search for ICICI Bank branch in Vikholi West as they are nearby to DBS Bank branch.
To visit the branch you will need a gatepass which is more frustrating. There is only person Ms.Disha at the branch and she was helpful. Finally we could get our work done but it was not a pleasant experience. I would not suggest to go to this branch if you have the option to go to any other branch. DBS bank does not care about branch banking customers anyways.
