★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 3 banks with ATMs in Ganga House compound. Other two are Bank of India (Boi) and Kotak Mahindra Bank. It is opposite Cipla on LBS Marg. It is at an walking distance from Vikhroli station on West side.

I opened new current account in Yes Bank and I'm trying to enable international payments on my debit card but whole week I'm getting same technical error on last page.
I contacted the Yes Bank team they told me every time the server is down try after some time and all. Due to this issue I faced loss in my business.
Totally disappoint with the services and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I went to Yes Bank of this location. 2 of security guards stopped me and told me to get out of premises as Parked my bike there. Security guard named Dubey said I am an outsider who is not looking credible so I should get out. While saying this he said he is enjoying this nonsense. Being from service industry itself I never felt such humiliation in my entire life. Illiterate and pathetic staff like them puts Brand image on toss. I don’t have anything against the Bank staff as one offered me water also but behaviour of security was completely out of the line. Hope some actions will be taken against such staff to avoid bad CX experience.
