Just out of your gate and they would catch you for not having papers and helmet even if you are going to the grocery shop nearby,.... Common sirs we have faith in you and prove the same by catching bigger culprits and not harassing commoners in this fashion.. Request to be little considerate at least for frst tym offenders ( if you consider this offence)

In these days we are facing a major problem "Road Accidents". I think in our country the education in all the streams i e Medical, Engineering, Academic are step by step like Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation Diploma, Degree and Master Degree like wise but if you go in the deep there are no such degrees or master degrees available for the training of drivers. They are not going under such straining or exams. If a driver is issued a licence before 4 years and not driving till date suddenly he got a car and start driving on the busy high way what will be the result? Has he passed any duel test? There are so many things which are being neglected by the drivers as well as by the administrations. In this regards I want to put my efforts if it can help to reduce the accident rates. Regards
