★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst police center with uneducated staff and most indecent and bad police officers. I have an accident and my front no. Plate was a bit broken. And the police officer sued me for 2100rs and took my RC for just a no. Plate broken and then I requested him that I am paying full fine here (on the spot) only pls don't take my RC I am not from here and it would be a great problem for me to take RC from the court. But he doesn't listen and then first he blackmailed me that he will bound my bike too and he also printed challan slip of without helmet to make me pay more fine. Even though I was with a pillion but both of us had worn the helmets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent around 3 months from my busy schedule with around 7-8 visits before posting this message. Will file a case of harrasment against them. They don't accept cash and the machine to accept cards does not work, so they ask you to wait a while. Unlike them I've places to go and be, and work at a much faster place. Indian red tape and bureaucracy at it's best. Shameful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on Saturday to Pay a challan and the process was very seamless, first went to Basement to watch the video (25-30) mins, then asked to go to the designated window to submit the payment. They don’t accept cash, payment only through Debit or Credit Card. Please do carry XEROX Copy of ID proof of the person who’s documents are submitted. In few cases they ask for copy of RC, Pollution And Driving Licence copy as well. I was free in an hour.

I visit today hear you don't believe me that I staff is very friendly and educated.I was reach their almost 8:30 morning but 1 batch starting time is 9:30 and I expend total time 3 hour till my visit time.
Neeche comments ko read kar ke apne dimag main galat soch na banayain.
Apne documents pure rakhain.
Note- Lekar Kiya Jana hai
1- Chalan slip
2- I'd proof soft copy
3- Your ATM Card for payment no cash
4- minimum 3 hour time.
5- Keep cool on window number 2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience, challan officer asked for bribery i didn't gave him so he put my card to himself and when i collected it from this office it has been punched (a hole indicating warning) even though the challan was for number plate not for violating traffic rules.

1)Follow the instructions written behind your challan slip given by traffic police
2)Go to challan office after minimum 5 days.
3)Try to go on time i mean 9:30 am along with Photocopy of(Aadhar/DL/Election) Crad and your Challan Slip.
4)They do not accept (Cash/Paytm/UPI) so do not forget to go allong with Debit/Credit Card.
5)After Reaching at Traffic Tower,
a)Go to the Basement
b)After a small quee a persion/officer(he will be busy in to watching a Mahabharat type tv serial in his mobile)
c)He will charge you Rs 50 using your Debit/Credit Card, as a Punishment to watch a Traffic Rule Movie which will be around 1 to 1:30 Hrs.
d)After your Movie finish, you need to enter in a waiting hall to know which counter number you have to go for pay your actual Challan and to get your DL/RC.
e)After Know your Counter Number, You need to go for that counter that is on Ground Floor Back Side.
f)There are Number of counters, go on your counter.
g)Pay your Challan and after that he/she will return you your RC/DL
Pros :
You do not worry, Your work will be done one day :)
Cons :
Officers are very rude,they seems he is the very talented. they all the time teach you the rule like when i say to come then come, sit there not here, jitna keh rha hu utna kro, jyada hosiyar mat bano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and well behaved staff across Gurgaon. Let us appreciate their thankless service. As a Citizen we need to obey traffic rules and bring discipline ourself before we criticize them. They do put efforts to help us, we dont put seat belt, no mask , not stopping or slowing down for yellow (red is MUST stop), we smoke - when we questioned or ask us to follow, we jump or shout at them, misbehaving to them. When accept our fault or polite or make apology if error committed, they do allow us further with warning. Its our system, please. What we do now, our children are observing, they need to see us as a ROLE MODEL. Will everyone dont follow strict rules outside India from the Day-1, do we complain? Its our duty to follow and bring change in the society. Thanks my friends.
