★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a housing society established by Govt of Delhi for the welfare of citizens and govt. has tried to provide jist the shelter because the flats are not much bigger in size... Moreover you can find some for rent because some people who allotted flats are not staying inside..and just used as source of income by taking rents..
