★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, around 2-3 Kms from Dwarka sec 21 metro st. Exterior looks fine but inside the apartments are extremely small. Nice open green spaces in the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting DDA golf link apartments on last Sunday was really a surprisingly good experiece for me.These flats are surrounded with green trees from all sides and give you the feeling of proximity with nautre.It is a rare thing in most of the residential areas of Delhi.These apartments have only one BHK flats.Though the flats are not very spacious ,they are good for small unitary familes with one or two children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good society with more spacious parking. Parks are well cleaned ..all services are good but improve security infrastructure and control unauthorized moments like unknown vehicle, unknown person .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a spacious flat, this society isn't for you. Mostly 1 BHK flats are there with small size Bedroom, kitchen and hall. If we talk about conveyance, the sector 21 metro station is near and one can easily find cabs, electric Autos outside the society.
#Rent for 1 BHK flats was around 7k in Feb 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good DDA society situated in Dwarka Sec 23 b. Rooms are very small. Initially parking space is OK but create problem during occupancy increases. Few parchun shops are available in flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good, convenient and affordable space to live for small family, couples or professionals working at the airport, convention centre, Pacific mall (D-21), Taj Vivanta Hotel or in and around sector 23, 22, 21, 10, 8, 9, 7 of Dwarka sub-city. All amenities available in the society - Grocery stores, milk booths, vegetable shops, beauty salons, tuition classes etc.
