★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place you can Imagine your stay. You keep on complaining and the same falls to the deaf ears of zolo managers. You try complain and the caretaker asks you to leave the place. The food is almost equivalent to poison. No hygiene. If you are on notice the caretaker will start harrasing you but passing some or the other comments. The room remains dirty for innumerable days and you keep om requesting services nothing happens. The caretaker would come and start harrasing you. The rooms are dirty. There is small bulb in the room. There is no ventilation as well as no natural light in the room. I would suggest anyone to stay away from this place. Otherwise you are sure to get harrassed as well as fall sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever I said just don’t live, I’m living in Zolo zestful Pune they never complete their promise at the timing of joining they promised me 50% off for 2 months but they give me only one month and they will add you additional charges without reason they give me electricity bill for last 3 months 500, 840 and 625 per person and in the first month they give me twice the time electricity bill now after ticket raising they just do nothing and without resolving thy close your ticket also my second-month cashback also not given not I’m leaving Zolo I feel like trapped they just robbing us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok according to other zolo PG's. However it's a great place to stay instead of private PG's. As they are providing TV, wiifi, fridge, induction, Cupboard, washing machine, water heater. Meals are also included in it. You can share with 2 other roommates that is 3 sharing. There are other options as well like 2 sharing and private room. The price will differ accordingly.

If you raise a ticket for any issue, the ticket will be moved to resolved automatically without resolving the issue. The WIFI doesn't work most of the time. Food is also not good. Not value for money.
