Rooms are decent and sufficient for 2 people max. Has a good number of electric sockets, good lighting and an attached bathroom with 24h running hot water.
Wifi facility is available.
Near to most of the offices in Viman Nagar.
All other services like laundry etc are nearby.
Overall, the facility is very good to stay.

I stay here. And what it makes it that great are the following things:
•Amazing and comfortable rooms - These are fresh rooms, super comfortable and vibrant just what you’d like to come at after boring college lectures, quite spacious and has a lot of required things such as mirror, cupboards, study table/chair, washing machine etc.
•Food/Staff/Service - While many of the PG’s provide food for the heck of it, Housemate knows how food is something which can get monotonous for the residents. That is why they have a dynamic food menu, with cuisines such as Chinese, South Indian, North Indian etc. Also, Housemate provides services which are of very high quality. The quality of food and rooms is very good. The rooms are immaculate. Also, they have well-trained housekeeping staff.

An awesome experience with good food and of different types of food. The best place at affordable rate in the pandemics where you can be safe and healthy with happiness. A feeling of second house away from your own house.

24 hrs water (hot/cold), Electricity, refrigerator and washing machine facility, decent wifi(I availed wfh without any major issue )
No interruption, restriction.

You can consider this property without a second thought, trust me it is real hard to find all of the above at one property in Pune.
PS I stayed for 3 months in the property located in Somnath Nagar(On nagar road opp to mahindra showroom)
They have properties in other location too.
