★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are old DDA Flats just opposite Maharaja Agrasen Hospital. It's located at a very congested road which has heavy traffic throughout the day. The pollution levels are also very high.
Society has 2 BHK and 3 BHK. Flats sizes are big and spacious but there are no lifts. Ground plus 4 is the standard of DDA Flats in delhi.
An ordinary open gym is available inside the society and apart from this there are no other facilities. Parking is not reserved but there is ample space of parking for the residents and visitors too.
Security of the society is hopeless and guards do not verify anybody entering the society.
