★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This team started the Salesforse project (Service Cloud) in August of last year and ended it with no results for us for about a year until August of this year.
This development team has been constantly cheating while building projects for us for about a year.
1. Contrary to the initial promise, the project specifications are reduced at will. I wasted only about 6 months of time saying that it was developed by a beginner with no ability at all.
2. CRM requires the integration of buyers and sellers, only the buyers,
They refused to integrate with the seller, and eventually they said that they had to purchase a license at the end of the project.
But we gave all our licenses to this team.
3. The two-month project was not completed until the end of one year and was abandoned. Because they only completed half of the project. So we have already given up on entrusting projects to them from the last 3 months, and we are preparing to build another CRM on our platform,
To this deceptive and lying unbelievable development team, are we obligated to keep the project on hand and pay the balance now?

There were 10-11 people handling my project. Whenever there was a problem, like the server was down and error. I talk to Project Manager. If She’s not available, the other members of Team who working on this project solved our problems.
