They don't even tell you clearly all the terms and conditions. There are way better banks use them and keep your money safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who is planning to buy a forex card from this bank or take any other general service, please avoid dealing with these frauds.
I booked a forex card from Indusind on 10th August'21, well in time for my international travel on 20th August. They continuously fooled me, asking me to wait because of their own incapability to close deals on time and as of today i.e. 18th August, my forex card is not yet activated and I am stuck. They called me to the branch and made me wait for 2 hours just to tell me that we will deliver the card at your home. They have the worst customer service and I would advice everyone to buy forex card from other banks (HDFC/ICICI/others) and avoid Indusind Bank. Highly disappointed with the whole experience from Indusind Bank, especially Branch @sector-16 Faridabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad very bad services by this bank and the branch. i visited this store to take my passbook and very casually they said they don’t give passbook to the younger generation only give passbook to old citizens and all and after that they told me that printer usb is not working wow this kind of answers they give to a customer rather resolving their problem they give suggestions to visit any other branch wow such a pathetic service by this bank i’m never going to recommend this bank to anyone. for passbook i visited 4 branch of yours in faridabad and every where same condition. i think they don’t even value the customer time so highly recommend everyone don’t go to this bank nor open your account there. such a waste of time
