They doesn't help their customers .. their customer care also don't know how to talk with the customers ...my upi payment is stucked and i didn't get any help neither from customer care nor from their branch , no one even take initiative to help me everyone play a game saide go there go here ask to him but no one help everyone clearly said that we are not helping you in this .... @kotakbankltd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is kotak mahindra bank in faridabad sector 16 pocket 2. Here everything is happened systematically. Every person of this bank is very nice and they are supportive. In the bank premises, where very peaceful. You have to talk them your problem and they will guide you what to do. There is an ATM beside the bank on the same floor. So you can use your ATM card to deposit or withdraw or many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened an account and deposited some amount. Tried to link bank account with UPI but keep getting technical issue error. Been 5 days and that technical glitch is still not resolved. How's the IT cell working in this bank, not sure. Need to learn a lot from leading banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give them a minus rating. They are unable to solve customer queries. Whenever you call, the no. Is busy. No point having the contact info of managers as well as they also dont help you. I am having a company account in this bank, and they keep on deducting 23/- weekly as sms charges. Who the hell gave you that decision to make? When I asked to completely deactivate this service, I wasn't shared any online form or any such alternate through which i can do that. Its worst bank I have ever experienced and worst services. HIGHLY NON RECOMMENDED.
