★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decathlon here is spread over two floors. It's convenient and one can find equipment for all sports. Lot of gym equipment was seen. It's always joyful to visit a decathlon store.

Response to Owner: "Then how you save the environment when I pay 10 RS for carry bag? And why your brand name is on carry bag If you are not encouraging paper or plastic use?"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I somehow don't like Decathlon's one-size-fits-all and one-colour-suits-all fashion. While the showroom is huge and there is plenty of good sports equipment, they could do with a bit more variery. Over the years their price tags have also gone up... especially their -5, -10 -15 degrees c jackets and also their shoes and regular wear..with sports fashion evolving, I suppose they should look at more trendy stuff that makes a style statement and is competitively priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love decathlon stores. The Gaur city branch is no exception. Once you go inside you know that this is also good. The girls / guys inside provide you the best of service ready to listen to you and help you out. Kudos to them.
But the problem is not inside but outside. It’s the security guards. These guys make you wait outside in a line which is also not vertical to the gate but sideways behind their advertising boards. And boy they make you wait a long time without any proper rules. This guys are sadist and love it that they are making you wait and also love it when lot of customers don’t see the queue and try to go in and the guards love to fight with them.
They are breaking all Covid protocols by making people gather outside while they want everything safe inside. And let’s not forget the dengue mosquitoes while in the queue outside.
I have been to other decathlons too but such rules are not there. If you want to waste a lot of your time do visit decathlon gaur city.
But as I told you the employees inside are the best eager to help . But wake up decathlon people don’t have such time patience, once you go down, you go down.
