★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is little green. Dont forget to take bills else guard might have a fit of issues, but overall store has decent supply. With decathlon self scan and buy in store program, that is way better to do here via their app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff always says their server is down and customers have to either pay cash or download their app to make the payment. Why can't they accept debit/credit cards or PayTM/RUPay? I have been there thrice in six months and each time I am told this.
I am thoroughly disappointed. Will not be visiting their stores anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for sports accessories, Decathlon is the perfect spot for it. I wanted to buy gloves and some basic accessories. This Decath has everything from basic games too high end trekking equipments. The store is very big and spacious and the attendees are well aware about the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for all your sporting needs. They have a huge selection of stuff to choose from. There is enough parking space as well and location is accessible thru a service road.
I happened to visit the place to buy a bicycle and some clothing for my 5 year old daughter. They have a huge selection of bikes and have an indoor workshop as well.
People try out the bikes and there is a little space to do that. The bikes are well displayed and you would find few attendants generally around that place to help you out.
For servicing of your bike, one needs a prior appointment and then it’s a very smooth process.
The attendants and prompt and helpful. Aditya helped me with all the queries and showed me various options to choose from. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Based on the information provided, I was able to pick the bicycle and this became a nice experience! Would love to go back

But we had a disappointing experience while purchasing rock rider cycle this time.
We wanted to buy red colour in L size but it wasn’t available at the store first and we were told it will be available in 2 days. We went there again after 2 days before confirming with the store of the availability.
But it was so disappointing to see that the new bicycles were also having some gear, noise issues.
So we had no other option but to purchase other colour. It would be nice if the stock kept is properly checked so that customers don’t face such issues.
The staff member Shivam tried his best and helped us a lot.
