★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is in the main road that the biggest disadvantage for this apartment because this road connects Kengeri high way and it's too noisy during the nights because of the heavy loaded vehicles and if at all we need to go to near by places to purchase groceries been need to go all the way to Marriyapanpallya and take U turn which is waste of petrol no place to take U turn in between

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on outer ring road.Behind to this Bengaluru university is situated.This place is centre to Vijayanagar, Nagarabhavi,Chandralayout,Mysore road, Rajarajeshwari Nagar,Kengeri satellite town,ullal like places which are fame for living and shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentioned a swimming pool in the brochure but all u get is 6*5fish pond. Location is excellent but a sawmill next door could be problematic for children and elderly because of the dust.

That to having saw mill next to the apartments is pathetic.
Rather then that it looks good from my point of view.
Good area nice road connections need to look abt price tag ?
