★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Kept our car for 4 months, had to get all the tiny bits rectified on delivery, which was after rigorous follow-ups. Even the AC wasn't working. God knows what servicing they did after charging Rs. 40,000/-.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deco World is a pathetic car accessory shop. I would not recommend it to anyone ever. It takes extra money, delays work + gives excuses for not completing the work on time.
They spoilt my car paint terribly and now not vouching for it. The staff members are highly disobedient. Doesn't know how to deal with customers at all. Insults women.
He signed on a paper for our deal which he denied later. I recorded the next meeting where he agreed that his signature has no value. Mr. Rajesh Jha, owner of Deco World's signature has no value.
I'm going to file a PIL against Deco World soon. Deserves negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given a NIL star... this deco world is nothing but a fraudulent car decor business entity.. never give advance to them for products which they commit to get delivered in future... they will take money from you but won't deliver the desired product..and then simply would deny to return the advance back... such is their audacity and shamelessness...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this shop during 1st week of November for Front Glass Film, at first they worked veryyy slow.. I was standing there for like 7-8 hours only for All the Glass Film application. Then post the application when I checked everything, I observed that there are small bubbles all over the glass,. I immediately informed them and they responded it will take 3-4 days for it to dry and by then those bubbles will be gone. I was comfortable and I left. After 2 weeks I visited again and showed them the bubbles were still there, this time they said it takes 1 month since its winter. I argued with them but there was no solution, I left again only to come back after 2 more weeks and again got the same response from there team.
Its now January 16th, I visited their shop again with the same problem anad again they asked me to come back after 5 days.
This is the way they treat you as a customer. My advise - please go to other shops even if you need to spend some extra money. Atleast you will be satisfoed with the service and behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very unprofessional. They dont care your car. They are just lootera. Their main motive is to make customer fool, prices are very high and they demand more money. Not worthy. I was highly disappointed here. Seat cover they change which i have earlier ordered. Worst quality seat cover. Fitting is not good. They destroy my car interior look.

I gave them my car for full body paint,, They took more than the agreed time to complete but this is not my problem,,, the main matter of concern was they did not finish the work and left many spaces unattended which I found and informed them but surprise came when their supervisor behaved very bad with me ,, but the owner came and we had a talk on the same matter,,, he agreed to look after the matter and asked for 3,4 days more,,, now when I got my car back ( delivered to my doorstep)the situation I found the same,,, there are many other unattended corners with rust in it,,, there are many such areas where they did not chipped the rust and put paint on top of it,,, simply fraudulent service,,, Personally I didn’t like the supervisor’s behaviour at all who claimed to be the owner at first place. Can’t upload the photos as no option is given.
