The NOT SO Gentle Lady there will not cater to your problem whatsoever, the biggest CHEAT in the city. With 0 talking manners once you pay her the full amount.
These people are only MONEY hungry
Made a great mistake by buying things from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECORA - Fraud has a name & face. Big names doesn't mean big commitment. Highly unethical ,
rude, illogical & always looking for ways to deduct
the payout by creating false reasons. The owners have big belief on the road side pan-wallah who
asks for commissions from his vendors else fabricate matters , when work is done they have all sorts of issues as they want PLATINUM quality at the lowest cost. They are over knowledgeable about all products in the world , instruct vendors on product procurement as they don't belief anybody. Even customers have terrible experience with their service so becoming a vendor was another nightmare for us.
All in All - life was better without knowing them so God save all those who plan to work with them in future.
To conclude, did a mistake - gave 1 Star
