I have ordered gifts specially for birthday and anniversary for my family .For the first order they did a good job but later second order was delivered one day later .They apologized for what happenedas they could not find out recipient address so by chucking it I continued with my 3rd order and things work well this time too ...?Gifts were delivered before scheduled day ...?But still not bad service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered the items I ordered on time. I was upset with them changing the chocolate with a not so known brand. ( They show the branded chocolate in the booking, and in their listing, but they ended up in delivering different brand).

Yesterday I have placed an order of Alphanso mangoes, set of 12 pieces. It was charged rs 1499. I paid and money got debited but order was not confirmed. So I re-paid and my bad!! Again money got debited with no order confirmation. So I lost rs3000 with no orders and now I am trying to reach out to them in all ways possible but in vain. The customer care number is fraud. On more complaint number number i got but even that is invalid. Such unprofessional and unethical business people. You think this is the way to earn money??? Pathetic service.

Customer Care is also very friendly as I faced one problem to update my mom's phone number and change message. I have experienced good service really, will stay with Gifts2indiaonline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst online service I have used so far. First time, cake was delivered with melted icing. Second time was even worse, the cake was fully spoiled by the time it reached the recipient. They had to throw it in the dust bin.
Quality is disgusting ie. I am sure Rs 250 cake in India would be of higher quality than the one purchased for $30.
Customer service offered a replacement after the occasion which I refused. They were reluctant to reimburse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a product and got it delivered a day later than the desired date, but i would give them the benefit, considering the current situation. But, I was surprised to find that the product I ordered had a MRP of Rs.150/- while I was charged Rs.399/- for the same. I would appreciate if they could have been more transparent on the pricing rather than mentioning no delivery charges and charging more than 100% of the product.
