Last month i got serviced my car periodically (4th Paid Service) without applying required lubrication/greasing of hinges & other essential contact parts even charging for this. It is totally ignorance. Lost faith of 10yrs customer relation with Hyundai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 19 September 2021 - their Own Damage Insurance for new car for just 1 year is exorbitantly high. 27,000 for venue. I tried to call them for cancellation and their Insurance dept didn't take a second to get all rude and denied. TOTALLY RECOMMEND AGAINST DEE EMM HYUNDAI
And people please dont get taken for a ride regarding Own damage insurance.
3 September 2021 - Purchased Venue. Mr Vikrant is a very polite and nice guy. Everything went smooth. Test drive at home was given. Delivery of car was quick. Overall great. Just that accessories are taking a bit of time to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from receptionist to the sales staff very rude, unresponsive, not even ready to entertain a seriously walking in customer. They did not even bothered to take the contact details of us or understand our requirement and blatantly said that no brochures are available. They already have 150 bookings and showed us the notice board displaying waiting period of cars and behaved as if why are we in the showroom. They ensured that we should not ever visit or recommend this showroom to anyone. This incident is of 23rd Jan 2022 .
