To celebrate this prestigious order, they rename their undertaking the Enfield Manufacturing Company Ltd. and call their first Bob Walker Smith designed bicycle, the Enfield. The following year, their bicycles are renamed Royal Enfields and the trademark ‘Made Like A Gun’ is introduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very good mechanics but equally ignorant after sales service. I felt like I was deliberately made to miss my free services and had to opt for paid service. Everyone you call will try to prove you that it is you (customer) who is at fault as they have an iron clad system which failed to book any of my door step service requests. When you go there to buy a bike they will be very warm towards you. Once you have been hooked then you are at their mercy. If they remember to log your request for free services then you get them or else it’s your fault because you didn’t remind them for the booking request that you had already raised with them and all this for Rs 855. Very unfortunate and disappointing. Not going back again and leaving with a bitter taste in mouth

The the staff is polite and attentive. The service advisors are reasonably knowledgeable. If you know a few things about your motorcycle, you shouldn't have any issue.
The technicians are well trained, but sometimes you need to be assertive to get things done the way you want.
The best thing I have experienced is that these guys will not try to inflate their cost with unnecessary repairs or part changes.
Paperwork and billing process, however, requires improvement in efficiency. Sometimes, the waiting to get the billing done can be painfully long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excited to share a 5 star rating to the manjil motors Pvt Ltd. Royal Enfield showroom , in which Khamba Rongmei sales associate had deliver the meteor supernova 350 same day in which other showroom had taken time of 75 days to deliver the same bike .
A part from this whomsover is concerned about the Royal Enfield bike purchase go and visit manzil showroom for the same in Gurgaon and you will be truly happy by there service and the gesture of bike presenting by starting with the test ride .
Thankyou Manjil motors and Khamba Rongmei for such a great experience with Royal Enfield .

Best point is that I got Meteor Supernova in Just one day. Special thanks to Mr. Jasdev Singh Ji. He is very kind Person and have a great knowledge about Bike and Industry. Thanks to Manish too.
