β β β β β Donβt ever buy a car from here. These ppl are big time scam artists. We ordered a car from here and paid 25k booking advance. We had to cancel the order because of non delivery even after 4months and we bought it from another reliable dealership.
At the time of paying the booking advance we were told that it was fully refundable incase we cancelled.
Upon cancellation, they kept dilly dallying Inorder to not pay the advance. Everyday there was a new excuse., even after furnishing them with original receipt and cancelled cheque. After repeated follow up calls, their latest excuse was that the owner has gone to Dubai for his bday and thereβs nobody to sign the checks and that they havnt gotten their salaries aswell. Mr Ajith specially was extremely rude and started blabbering about all the personal problems of the employees of the dealership due to the owner not having foresight to have a backup plan for payments to be made in his absence to the clients and employees. As a client, I found this extremely unprofessional and the lack of experience the staff clearly has in dealing with clients is clearly visible.
