★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the services are good, doctors are good, cleanliness and hygiene maintained but there are some doctors who didn't talk to the patient well. I went for my mother's dental treatment. I accept that being a senior citizen she should not go alone, but there are some time when I also fell sick and she went alone for treatment. The concerned doctor didn't look at the age and that she is talking to a patient. She can tell my mother that she will not do the treatment, but she went on to scold my mother in a very bad tone. This is not expected from a doctor. Disappointed with the behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital but found the following problems during my hospital visits;
1. Admission process is not transparent as expected from charitable hospital.
2. Waiting time is too long (more than 8 hours) to meet specialist doctors.
3. Doctor never gives/explain treatment plan before start treatment.
4. Junior doctors or Nursing staff are bit rude.
5. Doctor never contact patients attendent to give any details about patients health.
6. Patient/relative doesn't have any permission to contact Doctors.
7. Oncology staff is worst/rude, never gives proper information..not helpful at all.
8. Observed that, never explain discharge summary to relatives.. always passing responsibility to others.
Same time I would like to appreciate management who runs hospital system very well ?
Noted good services from- Pharmacy, Canteen, Mausi or Brothers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner was diagnosed with CKD in July 2020. The dialysis department is amazing. However, the other departments... the discharge process is painful, long, a resident doctor could not read the names of medicines and had to call the patient to help them while making the discharge summary. The waiting time to meet a doctor for 5 minutes is 2 hours... Especially for transplant patients and the patient relatives who are going through a harrowing time the hospital does not make the experience easier. Also, it's not that the hospital is charging any less for their services. This is a disgruntled me who was to have her partner discharged at 2. It's 5.30 and I'm still waiting...

I have been stay here more than 15-20 days, Due to Hospitality.
Talking about premise, the Hospital based in very huge premise with highly standard services from low level to high with neat and clean.
Doctors are not only highly educated they are really talented. I have been personally met with doctors, and I remember few of them.
Dr. Kaustubh Dindorkar Sir (Neurologist), Dr. Varsha Jagtap Ma'am (Endocrinologist), Dr. Girish Godbole Sir (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) all of them are just awesome.
They saved my Wife Life ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except Doctor (only seniors)and hospital Primises everything is worst, especially Receptionist, hospital rules, limited parking as compared to available beds,they reserved more than 50%parking for staff, About Bill they charge similar to privet hospital even the hospital under name of'Dharmaday '..

Very neat, clean and big hospital.
Need to do some efforts at the start to find the exact doctor you are about to visit but when you get to know about the hospital everything runs smoothly.
Friendly staff.
Too good doctors.
Experience wise and Communication wise also.
Covid vaccine available.
Cancer special treatment can be done.
Physicians also available.
Good system for form feeling and test reports printing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is very good staff is also helpful and doctor explain you ever thing but they take too much time to solve u r query and they don't have inter communication and there is no fix timeing of doctors to visit the admitted patients
Other wise everything is good. But little bit expensive ??
