★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place in rajokri village.they provide 1 bhk and 1 rk room set . Room size is not too big .it small in size. They have parking facility in ground floor ,but they charge 1000 rupee per car. Room rent is also high ,10500 .and they took rent in case only . They provide power back up ,this is best thing . Care taker Pankaj rajjak is not have gud attitude towards tenant,he think himself landlord. Landlord of this property is vry gentle person ,they usually come to visit daily. There one person come to clean stairs balcony area nd parking area daily.
