Who We Are

DEEP HYUNDAI is one of the authorized dealers of Hyundai Motor India Ltd., that provides 3-S services to its customers i.e. Sale of New cars, Service and Spares. It was among the first few dealers of HMIL established in 1998. Today it is an established dealership to reckon with automobile sector. It is with sincere hard work and determination displayed by our sale/service staff and other motivated team members that DEEP Hyundai is proud of. It has been able to achieve both retail and wholesale target month after month.It's registered office and showroom is at C-5, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Phase – I, Delhi – 110083. Showroom has been rated "excellent", well illuminated, having display of Hyundai cars. Sale staff and visiting customers have distinct sitting and discussion tables. Various section such as Car Finance, Delivery, Insurance, Account, Direct Associates of Bank etc. have been placed on one floor for quick and coordinated service.

Sh. Pradeep Kumar, B.E. (Hons) Mech. Eng. Managing Director, DEEP Hyundai, having experience of over 27 years in automobiles has been the guiding force to sale, service and spare parts activities. He, being a qualified engineer, is a member of Technology Advisory Committee of HMIL, has visited over 30 countries. Tried to implant new equipment and techniques in auto repair.

Various awards and recognitions in automobiles sector speak of his competence. DEEP Hyundai hopes to achieve greater heights under his guidance in future. Sh. Pradeep Kumar also enjoys the privilege of test driving Hyundai cars at the development stage (prototypes) both in India and South Korea before their mass production and launch. He is member of National Dealer Technical Committee. DEEP Hyundai certifies used cars under Advantage brand. It help to increase the volume of new car sale through exchange offer. Hyundai Advantage offers assurance to customers for a fair evaluation of the used cars in terms of purchase and certification with one year warranty and two free services.DEEP Hyundai also undertaking Auto Insurance for new cars and renewal of insurance policies of pre-owned cars. In all over 5000 Hyundai cars are sold annually. For the last four years DEEP Hyundai has been the National Best Seller of Hyundai cars.

After kept my car for 20 days & that is second time. Paint quality is poor. Dots are every where on the painted part. Service manger response is pathetic. till last day he has no idea about his job apart from good sweet talks. I strongly recommend not to take your car at this place Deep Hyundai Mundka.

Got my car repaired there. The staff is nice and cooperative as well as informative. The only thing I didn't like is: they just filled the feedback on behalf of customer on their own. So far didn't find any issue with the car after 1 day of driving. Will post here the proper feedback for the service later. UPDATE: So far the car is working fine but a few components they touched for repair & later as I denied to get them repair, those one seems showing problems maybe some loose things left out or so.

They (mundka deep hyundai) giving estimate double or triple from the expectation I just visited to change i20 fuel tank cap wire and wire is only of rs 420 and they are saying labour charge is 2500 and the same work I got from deep Hyundai mangolpuri in total 1500 with washing for mangolpuri branch full 5 star

The worst experience for my life on this hundai service center and rather I would say worst in all the hundai service center I ever visited and advice to each and every one who come for claim settlement not to visit there for their any work not even in emergency ..Avoid it especially for claim settlements.... My hundia Grand I-10car is to be repaired and i hand over to hundai on 21 feb 2021 for claim and still waiting for DILEVERY as today is 27 july 2021. They don't stand on their commitment IT took 5 months for repair. They commitment they told it would take around 25 -30 days . Their insurance advisor from hundai keep on changing dosen't even have basic knowledge of which part is included and will be under claim and which one is not..... Later I started communication with Mr.Rajeev & gave me his word that on 8 july I will get my car repared and today's is 28 th july still far away. From last two days i have been visting hundai service center to take delivery as per there employees yesterday they responded we haven't received delivery from insurer but later agreed delivery order received and on reaching today after confirmation same respone received to come next today . It's really an unprofessional and unethical harassment to the customer. After waiting for 5 months for a work of 25 days is totally unexpected. My advive to management please hire someone professional and be true to commitment as u r represents Hundai brand name.

worst experience for my last visit....worst for claim settlement. Their insurance advisor dosen't even have basic knowledge of which part is included and will be under claim and which one is not...they don't stand on their commitment. This Mr.Rajeev gave me estimate of 5 to 5.5k and now they have made a bill of 9.5k...I have been getting my santro(2011) serviced from them for the last 7 to 8 year but not anymore..Avoid it especially for claim settlements...Never gonna visit them even though it walking distance from my house...

Good customer support service with well-trained, well-behaved staff and professional ethics. Space constraint is an issue combined with the traffic snarls on Rohtak Road to reach there. Customer satisfaction is the motto. But in my car's of water logging they just forgot to drain the water from spare tyre compartment until I noticed and reminded them. Other than this they forgot to put the petrol tank cap until I refueled the tank on same day and reminded them. Rest of things are upto the mark, just needed some sort of coordination and awareness between various departments with the vicinity.

Very supportive service centre. Staff is also well trained and disciplined. I’ve done my car’s every single service from this service centre, as they do all the work on car within hours and rarely or never hold your car for service purpose. They support customer on every single problem and resolve it very quickly. This service centre is perfect and the best place for your car service or repairing related work. Also they do all the work or repairing on car at very good and affordable price.
