★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Job Security..... I forced to Keep resignation 2 times (It was caused as I asked For compensatory off which Was generated by overtime duty & present on PH. Staff manpower is not enough good. )& When I asked for shorten notice period. Not positive answer. Mr. Yogesh Patanvadiya from HR also not good as they didn't give confirmation letter even after 2 months. When asked anything he changes his wording that Corporate Office Vadodara proceed. Letter is on d way. Such a Talkative & Not liable person. very bad experience with Instrumentation Department. I talked To Engineering - HOD. Respond by Talk only. No action taken. When I informed they said Nothing is like policy like signatures in confirmation letter.
I filled Harrassment here. My precious suggestion to not join. Last decision is individuals.
Housekeeping is poorest. May get nominated for worst award. In line & process Several times foreign material woods, Plastic , Rod & Metal Parts found severely in OBA plant.
Only 1 * is for AC bus service & Good Group. Famed group & Nice owner.
But Many more opinion states that management is so poor these are common words heard by me.
