I purchased Ps4 remote from this store at the time of purchasing the owner gave me a good deal and said that these remotes are coming from dubai and they are tax free that's y they have cheap prices as compared to other stores but the very 1st time when I played with the remote it wasn't working properly and when I compared it with my Original Ps4 remote I realized that the remote was Fake the next day I went to the store I complained about it n demanded my money back as he lied to me n sell Fake Ps4 remote the owner was so manipulating n rude that he said that Sony is making 2 types of remote 1 expensive n other 1 cheap n he gave me Original remote in cheaper price what else he can do is he can give a new 1 not the money the conversation with him was so rude n low standard that I didn't even took the new remote n left the other 1
Conclusion : The owner is a lier rude n manipulator he didn't even accept his fault and sell Fake toys.

Edit: Sells a product overpriced which is illegal and asks me not to tell his precious customers about the fraud he is. Very cool. Generic scalper behaviour.

Staff is also super friendly and cooperative.
The only down side we found was the unfriendly behaviour of the owner . We came specifically from Chandigarh, if the owner’s behaviour was more friendly and warm we would’ve had a better experience.
Overall , a nice place to shop for your kiddo .
